The reality TV star-turned-influencer got dressed up to surprise her mum with dinner at French restaurant Galvin La Chapelle in London.
She shared with her fans: "So I'm taking my mum out for dinner tonight for a really special meal and she doesn't know where she's going so it's a nice little surprise."
Her dramatic weight loss was spiralled on by her private suffering last year when she nearly lost both of her parents in a health scare.
The TV star was terrified that she was going to lose her mum and dad, but thankfully they recovered.
But she said coming so close to losing her loved ones made her realise she had to change the way she was living her life.
Alexandra was recently seen posing in every angle wearing a skimpy blue bikini during a trip to Tenerife to shoot The Happy Body Plan.
Recently, she shared she now wears a size six after losing the weight.
She told MailOnline she had to throw out her entire wardrobe as nothing fits her anymore.
Alexandra lamented her clothes were "literally hanging off" her 5"7' frame.
