Love Island's Alexandra Cane has bravely shown fans the agonising toll that food allergies take on her body.
Posing in her pants, the stunning star displayed her painfully distended stomach after consuming foods she reacts badly to.
"So most of you know how open I am about my regular bloating - it can be an absolute nightmare when I want to feel my best," she captioned the snap.
Now, after years of regular bloating episodes, she's finally got to the bottom of the cause by taking an allergy test.
"I tried a @yorktestlabs food intolerance test and found I react to gluten, cow’s milk & beef! It’s a simple finger-prick blood test you can do at home. Hopefully this holds some answers to my bloating, thank you," she explained.

Fans were quick to share their own stories of intolerances, with one admitting she spends a lot of time looking pregnant.
"Love this! You look stunning, I look similar when I’m bloated and I just prance around pretending I’m pregnant, and it’s kinda fun???" the fan wrote.
Others said the test had completely changed their health - even if some of the yummiest ingredients are now off the table.
"Finding out I was intolerant to yeast, mushrooms, tomatoes and egg yolks (generally things found in the BEST foods) was a game changer for me!!" one commented.
"I did this test too and found out I was intolerant to gluten, whey protein in all animal milk, yeast, egg white and yolk," added another.

"Before the test I had stomach pains and felt sick pretty much all the time, once I cut these out my diet I was so much better. That was about 4 years ago, I can now eat yeast and an egg every now and again, the test worked wonders."
"Me too!" agreed a third. "I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat gluten and milk again, but I can live with that."
It comes after Alexandra found herself caught up in Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne's latest split after it was claimed she'd been spotted snogging the hunk in Manchester.
Dan was pictured cuddled up to Alexandra in a taxi as they headed home after allegedly sharing a kiss.
However, Dan shut the gossip down, telling fans: "It's a load of rubbish.
"Yes I was out in Manchester having a laugh. Yes, I was having drink. Yes I was having a little dance with friends. But no, I did not kiss absolutely anyone."
