Alexander Milosevic 'still alive with a smile' at Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest defender Alexander Milosevic says he is "still alive with a smile".

The 27-year-old centre-back has not played for the Reds under new boss Sabri Lamouchi so far this season, despite producing some impressive performances for the club under former manager Martin O'Neill during the last campaign.

After moving to the City Ground from Swedish club AIK at the start of February, Milosevic played 12 times for Forest in the Championship last season.

But he has fallen down the pecking order under Lamouchi, who has preferred to partner Michael Dawson and Joe Worrall in central defence.

Milosevic was once again not in the Reds' squad as they beat Swansea City 1-0 last Saturday, but he has made it clear he is still working hard on the training ground, posting a picture of himself on the ball at the Nigel Doughty Academy.

"I'm still alive with a smile," he wrote.
