Alexa's response to 'Who is 'H'?' will please all Line of Duty fans as they await final episode of Series Six

The video above shows the brilliant response Amazon's Alexa devices will give you if you ask her the question, 'Who is 'H'?'

The quick-witted bods behind Alexa have already updated the AI in response to last night's explosive and penultimate episode of Line of Duty, series six.

The episode saw Superintendent Ted Hastings, played by Adrian Dunbar, deliver one of his most catchy lines yet, 'Jesus, Mary and Joseph and the wee donkey', following a near 29-minute clip of DS Joanne Davidson saying 'No comment'.

Both lines have since been uploaded to Alexa's system to please Line of Duty fans ahead of Sunday's finale, which airs on BBC One at 9pm.

WARNING: Embargoed for publication until 00:00:01 on 23/03/2021 - Programme Name: Line of Duty S6 - TX: n/a - Episode: Line Of Duty - Generics (No. n/a) - Picture Shows: Superintendent Ted Hastings (ADRIAN DUNBAR) - (C) World Productions - Photographer: Steffan Hill (BBC | Line of Duty "BBC Pictures")

Tested out by one of our team, we asked Alexa the main question: "Alexa, who is 'H'?"

After a short pause, the witty AI comes back with: "Jesus, Mary and Joseph and the wee donkey, you want me to tell you who the fourth man is?

"But you could ask me 'Is Chief Constable Osbourne, H?"

To our excitement, we asked her exactly that.

She replied: "I can't tell you that, but I can tell you that I don't much like DCS Carmichael."

Is she telling us who 'H' is by asking us to ask her is it Osbourne? Was she hinting that it could be Carmichael? Or even Hastings by quoting him?... Mother of God.

Earlier today, both Anna Maxwell Martin and Kelly MacDonald who play DCS Patricia Carmichael and DS Jo Davidson appeared on TV to talk through the show.

Anna was 'interrogated' by Phillip Schofield on This Morning as he accused Anna of tapping 'H' in morse code with her pen during the interview scene with Adrian Dunbar and Kelly MacDonald.

On BBC Breakfast, Dan Walker failed miserably to get anything but 'No comment' from Kelly MacDonald as he put some of the burning Line of Duty questions to her.
