Alex Reid has asked for his fans' prayers after his fiancée was rushed to hospital, where she may have to undergo surgery.
The Celebrity Big Brother star, 46, took to his Instagram account in the early hours on Thursday morning to share a video of his partner Nikki Manashe in a hospital bed.
He explained that she had not been feeling well, and in a later post revealed that they are waiting to find out if Nikki will need to have an operation for internal bleeding and blood clotting.
It came just hours after Alex celebrated his 46th birthday, and said that is newborn daughter Anastasia Pixie Reid is his "best birthday present ever".
In his first post, Alex filmed Nikki with a drip going into her arm as she lay on her bed in pain.
Little Anastasia, who Alex calls 'Pixie', was tucked up in a cot next to her mum's bed.
"Well, my gorgeous darling lovely lady," Alex said in the video as he squeezed Nikki's hand. "I didn't expect to be here for my birthday.
"But although you're not feeling too great, and you might have to have an operation, we're gonna be alright."
He then moved the camera over to little Anastasia snoozing in her crib as the little one stirred in her sleep.
Alex continued: "And I have to thank you for giving me the most wonderful, gorgeous birthday gift in the whole universe.
"Little Pixie, oh what's the matter Pixie, dreaming? She's so beautiful."
Anastasia suddenly threw her arms up above her head, before Alex said: "Yes! My name is Pixie! Anastasia Pixie yay."
Alex then turned the camera to himself, saying: "Yeah, I'm a happy boy. I'm a bit sad for Nikki, but we're gonna be ok."
He captioned the video: "We may be in hospital for my birthday, but all will be ok, and I have the best birthday present of my life, little Anastasia Pixie Reid."

The next post was a photo of Nikki's hand reaching out to baby Anatasia, who was born earlier this month, from her bed.
Alex captioned it: "A picture speaks a thousand words - just to update everyone @ivf_mama_nikki is in hospital with Anastasia Pixie and is being well looked after.
"Tomorrow we find out if she needs surgery for internal bleeding and blood clotting"
"Keep us in your thoughts please," he finished the post, alongside the praying hands emoji.
