Alex Jones has shown off her bump for the first time after announcing her pregnancy live on air.
The TV presenter, 43, took to her Instagram stories on Friday evening to post a picture of herself wearing a pretty floral dress that showed off her growing bump.
It came after mum-to-be Alex announced she is pregnant with her third child live on BBC One series The One Show on Thursday evening.
In her post, Alex snapped a photo in what appeared to be her dressing room as she showed off her dress, which was from the clothes shop Nobody's Child.
She teamed the look with a pair of black boots and a matching pair of tights.
Alex pulled the look together with a pair of gold hoop earrings.
In the first photo she stood face on with her hand on her hip as she posed for the camera.
Alex couldn't resist giving a peek at her bump in the second snap she shared.
The TV star stood side on and place a protective hand on her stomach.
She posed with her eyebrows playfully raised for the photo.
"There is she is," Alex captioned it, followed by a pink love heart emoji.
Alex had said on The One Show: "It seems like a good time to share some news with everybody, and the crew and the studio.
"Lockdown has been anything but predictable and we've had some really unexpected news.
"Baby number three is on the way!"
She then confirmed she was expecting a baby girl.
Then on Instagram she posted a picture of herself and her husband Charlie with their sons Teddy, four, and Kit, who is nearly two-years-old.
Alex called the pregnancy the "best surprise ever" in the post.
