Alex Jones has shared a new social media post that many new mums will relate to.
The One Show host announced the birth of her third child, a baby girl, earlier this week.
Alex, 44, and her insurance broker husband Charlie Thomson are already proud parents to sons Kit and Teddy but welcomed their first daughter last Saturday.
The Welsh TV star shared a series of intimate photos on Instagram to announce the little one's arrival.

Alex said her daughter, whose name is yet to be revealed, was "tiny, but perfectly formed" and said they "are all beyond happy and besotted by her, especially Ted and Kit."
The amazing images showed the baby's first moments with her doting mum.
Now, Alex has taken to social media as she gets stuck back into life with a newborn.
The black and white snap sees the presenter’s five-day-old daughter sleeping on her chest.
"The night shift," she captioned the post.
"Emergency workers, supermarket staff, cabbies, factory workers, lorry drivers, D.J’s, fellow breastfeeders.
"Whatever your reasons for being awake through the night, I’m thinking of you."
Alex's celeb pals and fans were quick to share their own experiences.
"I weirdly miss those times! Can't wait to see you and get some cuddles! Mwah," Angelica Bell commented.
Myleen Klass said: "I see you! Sending you love Mama."
"Remember that feeling …. And strangely loved it," Cat Deeley added.
A fan said: "Thank you x currently on a night shift at A&E x lovely to hear we are appreciated x congratulations on your baby girl."
"Just got home from a shift in A&E! Thanks for the thoughts. Hope you and bubba are doing well. Congratulations," another shared.
