The One Show host Alex Jones rushed her two-year-old daughter Annie back to the hospital on Sunday.
Jones had taken Annie to A&E several weeks earlier after the toddler broke her elbow while play-fighting with her older brothers Teddy, six, and Kit, four.
Jones and her youngest child were back in hospital at the weekend after Annie suffered a fall.
The TV presenter, 48, shared a photo from the tot’s hospital bed on her Instagram Story and wrote: “My view. Poor Annie had a fall. Nothing serious but she is wiped out bless her after a very long day.”
She recently revealed Annie had suffered a “clean break” to her elbow while re-enacting Gladiators with her older siblings.
Jones made the devastating admission while recounting her “b****y awful week” to co-host Harry Judd on their Binge! podcast.
“They got on an arm each, clashed in the middle, and somehow Kit fell against Annie's elbow. And you know when you just know, because the cry is different?” she explained.
The incident comes after Jones’ son received treatment in A&E in January.
The BBC star - who shares her three children with husband Charlie Thomson - posted a photo of one of her sons being treated by a nurse in the hospital.
Jones chose not to share the reason for the visit, simply writing: "Never gets any easier but made so much better thanks to the amazingly kind and gentle staff."
She later reassured followers with a follow-up post, penning alongside a smiling selfie: "Such a relief that it's done!
“Needless to say, I won't be on @bbctheoneshow later but @laurenlaverne and @gabbylogan will look after you x."
Meanwhile, last summer, Jones and Thomson moved to Berkshire after living in the same home in west London for 11 years.
“This was emotional. After 11 years, we are MOVING HOUSE. Would love any packing tips you have??” she captioned a clip of herself packing up her belongings in July.
Speaking to the camera, she said: “So here's a bit of news: we're moving home! Aggggh! I'm finding it a little bit emotional.”
In April, the TV host admitted she had made Thomson “furious” by arranging to view another house - this time in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
“My husband is furious with me, we've literally just moved, last July,” she said on her podcast.
"He was like, 'Are you joking? We absolutely love our house.’ And I said, 'I absolutely love it', but I just checked because there was somebody who lives in Marlow, Chris Evans, who has been campaigning for a long time for us to live there.”
