The One Show presenter Alex Jones made a one-off return to host the series on Monday night, almost a month after giving birth.
Alex welcomed her third child, baby daughter Annie, in August with her husband Charlie Thomson, while the couple also share two boys.
Her co-host Jermaine Jenas welcomed her back to the show live on Monday night, before teasing the "special reason" she was back.
Back in the studio just weeks after Annie's birth, Alex confirmed little Annie was at the studio with her and her parents.
She also confessed she was cutting it a bit fine with being ready for the show's live transmission, as little Annie wouldn't stop feeding.
Speaking on the show, she said it was good to be back, as Jermaine told viewers: "For one night only, it's Alex Jones."
Alex revealed: "Ah, it is so nice to be back," with Jermaine asking her: "How have you been? We missed you."
The mother of three told him: "You know what, we have been great. The boys are taking to little Annie brilliantly. Annie is here with mum and dad.
"I've literally, honestly... she has just gone back to mum. I had to feed her... she's out there."
She also joked they worried the little one wasn't going to stop feeding in time.
Jermaine responded: "Well you are back for a special reason as well aren't you, to help us reveal the RHS Garden of Hope at the Chelsea Flower Show today."
Alex said: "We had a lovely day out didn't we!"
Alex did make a return of sorts to the BBC series earlier this month, but from her home and not in the studio.
The presenter introduced her colleagues on air to her little girl who appeared to be in her arms, revealing her name on the show for the first time.
Alex had appeared for two days running as she teased the name of her baby daughter, before eventually revealing all.
She said that the name was a "simple, kind of classic name" and she was pleased to share that her daughter had been named Annie.
Previously, she confessed she wasn't able to say what the name was until all family members had been informed.
The One Show airs weeknights at 7pm on BBC One.
