The One Show presenter Alex Jones is starting off the new year with a return from maternity leave.
She will be back on the sofa on Monday night after giving birth to second son Kit in May last year.
She wrote an Instagram post about the difficulties of leaving Kit and his older brother Teddy, and juggling work and childcare.
"Back to work today," Alex wrote. "So many different feelings. Anxious about leaving the boys, excited to be back on the show.
"As soon as I put lipstick on this morning, little Ted looked at me with his huge brown eyes and asked “where are you going mummy?” It nearly killed me, but it’s time to go back and I’m looking forward to going back to a job I love, but my goodness, I’ll miss these two.
"So here we go...the juggle begins."
Alex revealed in May during a phone call live on air that Kit had been born.
She said at the time: "And then there were 4!!! Little Kit Thomson arrived safely and very speedily at 2.21am weighing a healthy 7lbs 3.
"Teddy, Charlie and I are absolutely besotted by baby brother and are enjoying this special time as we get used to being a foursome and generally breathing in that lovely newborn smell!!!"
Alex, who is originally from Ammanford, will be joined on Monday night by co-host Matt Baker, but he has in the spring after nearly a decade.
When he made the announcement in December, it was clearly a very emotional moment for Matt, who struggled to hold back the tears as he broke the news to thousands of viewers.
He said the show has been, and will always remain, "a massive part of his life"," but he's looking forward to being able to spend his evenings with his wife and being able to tuck his children into bed at night.
A replacement for Matt is yet to be confirmed but presenters rumoured to be in the line-up include guest hosts Angelica Bell, Angela Scanlon and Gethin Jones.
