The television presenter began her maternity leave for her third child back in August.

Jones, 44, welcomed Annie to the world in August.

“Tiny, but perfectly formed we are all beyond happy and besotted by her, especially Ted and Kit.

“Watching them with their brand new little sister is just the best and we can’t believe how lucky we are to have the three of them and to be a family of five. It still doesn’t feel real.”

At the time, the star expressed her gratitude to “everyone at the Queen Charlotte hospital” with special thanks to “super midwife” Audrey.

Friends and famous faces offered their congratulations to the couple, including Jones‘ co-host Jermaine Jenas.

“Congratulations to you both amazing news,” he commented with a heart emoji.

Singer Ronan Keating added: “Congratulations to you all. Amazing news.”
