The 2019 summer transfer window has officially closed.
However, Premier League clubs can still do deals up until 7pm because of a deal sheet.
For Arsenal, they've already signed Gabriel Martinelli as well as William Saliba, beat Tottenham Hotspur to the loan signing of Dani Ceballos, smashed their transfer record with the signing of Nicolas Pepe and sealed a deal for Kieran Tierney today.
David Luiz still needs to be announced and football.london understands he will be the only arrivals at the Emirates Stadium today.
But that doesn't necessarily mean the Gunners are done in terms of summer business.
With that said, here’s what has been said about Alex Iwobi to Everton.
£30m bid
As reported by football.london on Wednesday, Everton tabled a £30million bid for the Nigeria international.
That bid was flatly rejected by the Gunners who could do business for around £40m.
The Toffees are expected to return with an improved offer before the deadline and it remains to be seen how Iwobi would react to interest from the Merseyside outfit.
Zaha transfer theory
Everton's interest in Iwobi raises questions about the future of Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.
It's been widely reported that the Toffees have had two bids rejected for the Ivory Coast international, while Arsenal also had their £40m offer knocked back earlier in the summer.
But with Everton now targeting Iwobi, does that mean they're no longer interested in Zaha and thus paving the way for the Gunners to seal a stunning deadline day swoop?

Well, some Arsenal fans have come up with a theory.
What Iwobi has said
Amid Arsenal's links to Zaha, Iwobi had some quotes which were taken out of context.
Initially , football.london reported his " defiant message " after he told the Sun : "I am not one to chicken out. I have had it all over the years, being told I’m not good enough.
"So whenever the chance comes I always try and prove I should be starting. But it’s going to be difficult if Zaha comes. He will add more stress."
This prompted talk of Iwobi being sold if Zaha joined.
However, Iwobi moved to clarify his comments with a post on Twitter.
New contract
The Nigeria international committed his future to the club last summer and had a special message for Arsenal fans.
"Really pleased to extend my contract and commit my future to this special club," he tweeted . "From under 6 to BIG17, so many people have helped me.
"Thank you. Grateful to our new manager for the faith shown in me & our fans for the love, support & patience. Excited for 18/19."
Everton deal sheet
It's reported that Everton have submitted a deal sheet to the Premier League which will give them until 7pm to complete the deal.
If that move is completed, the £40million deal would represent the biggest fee received by the Gunners in their history.
Five-year deal
The latest news is that Iwobi is closing in on a move to Everton.
The BBC claim he's undergoing a medical in London and will sign a five-year contract with the Toffees.
