While Kylie, Stormzy and even Janet Jackson grabbed their fair share of attention over Glastonbury weekend there is one person everyone is still talking about..and he was never meant to be on stage!
The legendary event is now done and dusted for another year after another successful stint at Worthy Farm which saw acts like Liam Gallagher, The Killers and Lewis Capaldi entertain.
But the man on everyone's lips is Alex..the young rapper who joined rapper Dave on stage at Glastonbury for his track Thiago Silva, after volunteering himself from the packed crowd in front of the stage.
'Alex from Glasto', or Alex Mann to give him his real name, became an instant star as he delivered an en pointe rap to the audience in front of him and all those watching at home.
And he'll be back on stage this week...in Newcastle!
Alex will be the star attraction at this Thursday, July 4 at House of Smith on Collingwood Street.
Revealing all on Twitter, Alex posted "Buzzing to say I’ll be doing my first club PA in Newcastle this Thursday jungle_ncl AlexFromGlasto ."
