Alesha hits Golden Buzzer on Britain's Got Talent for comedian Nabil Abdulrashid

Alesha Dixon was left in hysterics as she hit her Golden Buzzer for a comedian on Saturday's Britain's Got Talent but some viewers didn't agree with her choice.

Former Strictly champion Alesha was the last person to hit her buzzer on BGT last year but she was left in no doubt about who to send straight through to lives after comedian Nabil Abdulrashid's audition.

The 24-year-old Londoner had her laughing her head off as he made jokes about his name and his religion and after audience members chanted for the Golden Buzzer to be it, Alesha obliged and told Nabil: "I didn't do that...you did!"

Giving her feedback, Alesha told Nabil: "You're edgy, you're charismatic, that was amazing.

"You're a breath of fresh air."

But viewers at home didn't think she made the right decision. One tweeted: "He cant believe his Golden Buzzer , neither can the rest of the country," and another reacted: "he wasn't worth that golden buzzer. Alesha is the only one laughing. #BGT golden buzzer acts this year have not been worth it.."

A third commented: "How was that a golden buzzer act? Not funny, not risque, not anything," however, others loved Nabil's audition.

One tweeted: "That's the most deserving golden buzzer so far, and that really is saying something," and in agreement, another tweeted: "That comedian on BGT was brilliant, so happy he got the golden buzzer!"
