Alesha Dixon invited celebrity interior designer Kelly Hoppen on a tour of her living room via Instagram on Wednesday night.
The American style queen, 60, was unimpressed by the Britian's Got Talent judges styling of her front room that she said she would "be there in a flash" if she could.
Alesha, 41, who shares her home with her beau Azuka Ononye, 39, and their two daughters, welcomed Kelly's tips and tricks as she gave her and her fans a tour of the room that features pastel pink armchairs and sofa as well as a blingy chandelier and huge mirror above the fireplace.
Kelly shared that the space was in need of some magic and she happily advised the couple what she would do to give the room a lift.
The decor guru told: "This room is grand - there's no getting away from that!"
Analysing the wall where the TV hangs, Kelly said: "What you need is a cabinet. But not something on the whole wall, that would be a disaster!
"It needs to be modern, in lacquer, in a neutral colour. If it's modern it will look like it floats. With cupboards underneath it and shelves over it with books on and accessories.
"Then have art either side. Something new and less grand. This will bring the ceiling down so it doesn't seem too high. You could have lighting behind it - to create a shadow of light."
Other advice she offered included adding books and candles which she said would "tie the room together."
Seeing the space has tons of potential, she continued: "It's a spectacular high room, but you need to bring it in.
"A new coffee table and lamp will change it overnight. It needs to be a controlled mess - it's lacking stuff.
"When you put on a dress you then think "I need jewelry, shoes, a handbag". This room is missing the dressing. That’s what I love to do. The sideboards need to be haphazard."
Wanting to help the pair out, she added: "I'd be over there in a flash if I could!"
Alesha seemed happy to take the advice on in her quest to make her home the envy of all her pals as she agreed with Kelly on the live footge.
