An Aldi shopper says that the supermarket has 'made her son's year' after employees sent him a special gift.
Four-year-old Barnaby Jones loves going to his local Aldi, in Gateacre, every week so he can pick up one of the supermarket's Specialbuys leaflets.
Barnaby's mum Marie Jones says he is a 'massive fan' of Aldi and that the leaflets are a comfort blanket for him due to his additional needs.
The four-year-old has stacks of the leaflets and takes them everywhere he goes "24 hours a day".
Marie Jones says sometimes they need to visit every day so that Barnaby can pick up a new leaflet.
After hearing about Barnaby and his love of the Aldi, the supermarket organised for Barnaby to receive a batch of personalised leaflets with his name on, alongside a number of toys.
Marie Jones said: "Barnaby is a massive fan of Aldi so we’re often there every day. Each time there is a new leaflet available he simply has to get it.

"It might not seem like much, but for our little boy, the personalised leaflet from Aldi made his day. If not year! The leaflets are almost like a comfort blanket for him, always next to him 24 hours a day."
