Aldi shoppers stressed over woman's fridge transformation after noticing detail

Aldi shoppers were blown away when a budget supermarket fan shared her fridge transformation.

But despite wow-ing some of her fellow supermarket-goers, others noticed 'concerning' and 'stressful' details that put them off.

Showing off her latest purchase from Aldi on the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, one shopper showcased her organised fridge with Aldi’s plastic boxes.

Attaching photographs of a pretty packed but organised fridge after the big shop, she wrote: "Fridge organisers and stickers Aldi £2.99 each," along with the star eye emoji.

The post accumulated over 2.9k likes and thousands of comments.

Many were tagging family to show off this structured way of kitchen living.

“Organise the fridge better," one person ordered their friend after taking inspiration.

Another said: “This is how to organise the fridge”

However, beady eyed shoppers were quick to point out concerning details about the placement of certain good groups.

Stacked on the second shelf, over the chocolate and treats drawers was raw meat and caused stress to a lot of commenters.

One super saver called out: “This screams cross contamination”.

"Stressed me out a little that your raw meat wasn't on bottom shelf. Lol."

Another said: “We need our fridge to look like this. Without the raw meant at the top”

“Meat goes on the bottom, hun”

“I’ve kept my meat on the top shelf for years, not done me any harm” Another shopper admitted.

Another interjected: “The meat looks well contained. I see no problem here.”

But it wasn't just the meat that was a cause of concern.

“Chocolate in the fridge WT* ” partnered with the mind-blown emoji

“Eggs don’t go in the fridge (face palm)” A shopper expressed.

“Mayo does not belong in the fridge...but on a more positive note I wish my fridge was this organised,” One admitted.

To settle the debate, according to NHS, raw meat should be stored in containers and on the bottom shelf to avoid cross contamination.

Either way, shoppers will be rushing to Aldi to get their hands on the food organisers and can put food where they want.

But chocolate should really stay in the cupboard.
