Aldi’s lovable mascot Kevin the Carrot is officially back after returning in this year’s Christmas advert.
Fans breathed a sigh of relief when the cute character finally appeared in the supermarket’s festive TV campaign, as they had feared he had been left out this year.
Not only is Aldi ’s mascot back alongside new character Ebanana Scrooge and Marcus Rashford MBE's Marcus Radishford, the supermarket has revealed a brand-new edible product featuring Kevin.

Shoppers can now get their hands on a Kevin the Carrot chocolate advent calendar for the first time.
Priced at 79p, the calendar features a chocolate mould of members of the carrot family.
Every morning in December you can count down to Christmas day by opening a little door and revealing a chocolate treat.
Aldi shoppers are delighted by the news, with many taking to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Matthew said: "This is not a drill...there is a Kevin The Carrot advent calendar this year"
Laura tweeted: "I got a kevin the carrot advent calendar!"
Em wrote: "made my little sister go to aldi with me so the lady behind the till would think I’m buying the kevin the carrot advent calendar for her and not myself"
Glynn said: "Some little child is not getting a Kevin the Carrot advent calendar this year, because a much bigger child has bought one…" followed by the eyes emoji and a laughing face.
The advent calendar features chocolate from Aldi’s Dairyfine brand and is available in stores across the UK now for 79p.
