Aldi shoppers rejoice as store confirms return of 'amazing' £2.29 product

Aldi has delighted fans with their latest cheesey announcement.

The supermarket confirmed on social media they had restocked their popular halloumi burgers.

What is Aldi's new voucher scheme?

Aldi's golden and crispy sandwich fillers come in packs off two and cost just £2.29.

Posting the news on Twitter, Aldi wrote: "No one:

"Absolutely no one:

"Aldi's marketing department: 'Hallou' is it 'mi' you're looking for."

Upon seeing the news many Aldi shoppers rejoiced at the return of the delicious new treat.

Commenting, one wrote: " These sound delish!!"

Another added: "Just when you thought you couldn't top their halloumi fries."

"Oh hang on! Gets in queue for Aldi," a third commented.

Some even suggested Aldi should have kept a lid on the news as to not draw attention to the product.

Clearly a fan of the food item, one tweeted: "These are AMAZING. Don't tell everyone else they exist!"
