Aldi shoppers praise 'perfect' £8 storage stool that's an 'absolute bargain'

Spring is the perfect time to update your space and supermarket giant Aldi has a "stunning" item to add to your home décor.

The retailer has launched the new Specialbuy product online and in stores - and customers say it's a “total bargain”.

Aldi’s Specialbuy items often go down a storm with shoppers, ranging from hanging egg chairs to heated clothes racks. And lately, customers can't seem to get enough of the Kirkton House Velvet Storage Stool.

It's priced at £7.99 and boasts a velvet fabric top and sturdy birch legs. The stool even has a handy storage compartment.

Several shoppers have left five-star reviews on the Aldi website, with many impressed with its price and stylish appearance.

In one review, someone said: “Lovely stool, strong and bigger than I thought it would be”.

A second added: “Excellent value, very sturdy, perfect colour. Ordered another, but sadly they refunded my money as no more in stock”.

While a third wrote: "Larger than I thought, but of excellent quality. Very well made, but delivery was longer than expected."

Someone else said: "I can’t believe how massive is this! I can use it as a coffee table, paper hider, snack storage, stool, chair! Is so stewed also. Love it!"

And another penned: "Great value for money! Stool is lovely and lot bigger/taller than expected. For £7.99 you can’t go wrong!"

Aldi’s Kirkton House Velvet Storage Stool will set you back only £7.99. It's currently sold out online, so you'll need to check to see if it's available at your local Aldi branch. You can do this here.

Other stylish stools available at Aldi include the Grey Velvet Storage Stool (£24.99), which you can buy online and in stores.

We also love the Square Grey Faux Fur Stool that's ideal for your lounge room or bedroom and comes in at just £14.99. You can find it both in stores and on the Aldi website, while stocks last.

In other shopping news, Sky has launched a new gadget that lets you stream TV without a satellite dish.

And Amazon shoppers have been praising an 'amazing' pair of £30 straighteners they say are ‘better than GHDs'.
