It's the ultimate food combination in Britain and fish and chip Friday is one of the best days of the week.
Supermarket giant Aldi has now got shoppers salivating over a party mix for sale - with Christmas parties in full flow.
The retailer is selling mini fish and chip cones and chicken sliders, which make for great buffet food, and they are going down a treat.
In a post on Instagram, Aldi said: "Why choose between takeaway and party food when you can have both? Our Mini Fish & Chip Cones and Chicken Sliders make the perfect buffet food, while still feeling just that little bit naughty.
"Grab the Fish & Chip cones in store now, and Chicken Sliders on December 10th."
Shoppers responded to the Instagram post loving the treats with one writing "Your party food literally looks the best."
Another said: "We're going to need this party food in our festive life!"
And a third wrote: "Oh my, I need it all"
