Aldi shopper leaves woman speechless after she lets him jump the queue

A woman has praised a "lovely young man" for his kind gesture whilst she was shopping in a Merseyside Aldi this weekend.

The generous act took place yesterday afternoon at around 1pm at Aldi Clockface in St Helens when a resident let a young man in front of her whilst queuing for the till.

The woman said she let him take her place as he only had two items to purchase, but as a thankyou, he decided to pay towards her shopping bill.
