Aldi's new homeware range is full of designer replicas for £150 less

Budget retailer Aldi is offering customers the chance to give their homes a makeover for much less with this week's Special Buys.

Set to be released across its stores on August 1, the range includes home accessories such as mirrors, beanbags, lighting and more.

The range is filled with minimalist, rustic and industrial style designs to update your hallway, living room or bedroom with prices starting from £5.99.

Many pieces look almost identical to products found at  John Lewis , Wayfair, Next and more but with savings of more than £150 available.

Below is a look at some of the savings shoppers could make on homeware updates.

Black Grid Mirror

Aldi's industrial style black grid mirror, £49.99 (Aldi)

Aldi's contemporary black grid mirror is a reasonably priced take on industrial inspired home accessories and features 9 frames.

A similar one can be found on the Maisons du Monde website for £197, but Aldi's version is £49.99 meaning shoppers could save £147.01.

Aldi's mirror is an online exclusive.

Chevron Bean Cube

Aldi's chevron bean cube, £29.99 (Aldi)

The retailer's black and white bean cube has been designed with a monochrome chevron print that would be suitable in the living room or bedroom.

A similar design can be found at John Lewis, but the high end retailer's version is currently on sale at £40 whereas Aldi's version is £29.99 which means shoppers could save £10.01.

Aldi's bean cube is also available in the same print but in teal and white colouring and in a grey and white diamond print for the same price.

Exposed bulb lamp

Aldi's Kirkton House exposed bulb lamp, £14.99 (Aldi)

Complete with a grey base design that mimics the concrete bases often featured on high end lamps and a vintage style Edison bulb, this compact desk lamp costs £14.99 and comes with a three year warranty.

A two pack is also available in store and online.

The lamp is very similar to one available at John Lewis, though its version costs £25 meaning customers who opt for Aldi's lamp could save £10.01.

Other items featured in the range include herringbone cushions with pompom corners, chrome lanterns, woven throws, Chindi rugs, storage buckets and rustic or marble style plant pots.

The full range will be available on Aldi's website here .
