Aldi has left their customers in stitches over the way they announced the return of their popular Cuthbert the Caterpillar cake.
The German discount supermarket chain parked a truck outside the Edgware Road branch of Marks & Spencer, with a large advert on the back revealing that the sweet treat will be back in stores from June 6.
Aldi shared a snap of the cheeky billboard on Twitter, writing: "Where else would we announce it? #CuthBack."
This comes after the two shops settled a legal battle, with M&S launching a lawsuit last April against Aldi, accusing them of copying the design of their Colin the Caterpillar cake and trying to get it taken off the shelves.
Both companies confirmed an agreement had been struck, but said they could not release details of the "confidential" deal, reports Leicestershire Live.

Following the dispute, Aldi said that Cuthbert was now "free".
An Aldi spokesperson said: "Cuthbert is free and looking forward to seeing all his fans again very soon."
And now the return date has been shared, with ad vans spotted in Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham and London.
The adverts feature messages including "Aisle be back" and "Made by bakers. Approved by lawyers."
On social media, Aldi customers shared their reactions, with one person saying: "Welcome back king."
Another wrote: "Bigger comeback than any of Cher's."
Someone else posted: "Aldi trolling big brands. Love it!"
While a different user added: "Hilarious. Certainly made my day."
Cuthbert's comeback is said to be happening after the Platinum Jubilee Weekend to avoid taking "the spotlight" away from Her Majesty.
The cake will be available from Monday, June 6 for £4.99.
