Aldi is selling cheap televisions, laptops and Christmas trees in a Black Friday sale.
The budget supermarket is known for its eclectic special buy items that have previously included everything from power drills to paddle boards and the Black Friday sale is typically unusual.
Aldi is taking on the likes of Amazon and Currys with its own major TV deal. It is selling a 43-inch smart HD TV for just £260 and a 65-inch OLED 4K TV for £630. The TV deals are available online only while stocks last.
The strange mix of Black Friday deals also include Philips trimmers and shavers from £28, and a Notebook laptop for £280 as the supermarket takes on tech rivals in the biggest shopping day of the year.
Running clothes, Christmas trees and decorations, vacuum cleaners and Harry Potter Lego are also reduced in the Aldi sale.
Black Friday 'offers' have been ongoing for the past two weeks despite the day itself not actually taking place until Friday, November 26.
The sale event includes reductions of things like Amazon devices - where Amazon Fire TV stick and Echo Dot have dropped in price to below £10 - as well as a range of electricals with Currys. Currys has launched its main Black Friday sale with over 160 TVs, 26 pairs of headphones, 49 fridge freezers, 20 mobile phones and hundreds of other items reduced.
