An angry mum claims her toddler suffered "distressing burns and blisters" caused by an Aldi nappy.
Kelly Morris said she regularly uses the supermarket's nappies but noticed they have recently been redesigned.
She had put one of the size six pull-up nappies on son Flynn before his nap but he woke upset.
"The pull up has left an awful reaction to the nappy area on his body leaving burns and blisters," Kelly wrote online.
But Aldi says the redesign hasn't changed the quality of the product.
The furious mum, of Aylesford, Kent, bought the nappies last week but has now been put off using them again.
She posted shocking images of the alleged injuries in her Facebook rant.
She added: "We have always used Aldi nappies for our little one as we have found them better than a leading brand and never had any problems.

"I bought a packet of the pull up size six pants in store today and noticed when putting them away at home they were slightly different, but didn't think much of it.
"However we put one of the new pull ups on our little one today before his nap and when he woke an hour later, we took the pull up straight off and noticed he was distressed.
"Aldi have refunded me the money for the pull ups and are sending a complaint form off with the nappies to customer services.
"However the pull ups still remain on the shelf to be sold so be careful please! I would hate for somebody else to go through this with their little one!"
Many other parents offered Kelly their support online.

"Oh no poor Flynn! I hope he gets better quickly," wrote one mum.
Another added: "Omg poor Flynn! I've used those on Elsie since birth!
"She's just stopped using them at night now, but I'll be wary of using them on baby. Such a shame I've always found them the best nappies."

Aldi say that materials used in the new design are not different and have also been "dermatologically tested."
A spokeswoman said: "We are sorry to hear about Ms Morris' experience with this product and have passed on her feedback to our supplier.
"The materials used in our redesigned nappies are no different from our previous design and the product has been dermatologically tested as well as approved by the Skin Health Alliance."
