Aldi launches new floral gin for Spring and we can't wait to try it

In the words of Devil Wears Prada editor in chief, Miranda Priestly, 'Florals? For Spring? Groundbreaking'.

But in this case, Aldi has launched a new floral gin and it sounds amazing. Their latest gin flavour is Parma Violet, and we're sure it's going to be a huge hit with fans of their flavoured liquers. The gin will set you £9.99 for a 50cl bottle, so it's a bargain too.

The Infusionist Small Batch violet gin will hit shelves on the 26 April, so mark a date in your diary now.

The violet gin is also shimmer infused making it the perfect party drink whether you're adding to tonic, prosecco or a cocktail.

Aldi's gins have been a huge hit in the past, at Christmas they even launched a festive Salted Caramel & Apple Gin Liqueur.

Described as "a mouth-watering, irresistible salted caramel and baked apple gin liqueur, for those of you with the sweeter tooth", it is best served on its own (with ice of course) or with a dash of lemonade.

Shoppers thinking that the upmarket tipple will cost an arm and a leg are wrong. A 50cl bottle will only set customers back £14.99

Their Infusionist range has also included Gingerbread and Passionfruit, with many more flavoured gins across their alcohol range.
