German supermarket giant Aldi are selling the perfect gift for those who struggle to sleep.
Weighted blankets are said to be helpful for those who suffer with anxiety, have sensory issues, are autistic or suffered trauma.
The price of these blankets can range depending on retailer. Mela are selling weighted blankets for £140 while John Lewis has one on sale for £36.

But Aldi are selling them for even cheaper.
The budget supermarket have now released their range. The Kirkton House weighted blanket sells for £29.99 and it comes in two colours, light and dark grey.
On the website they add: "Grab the winter essentials starting with this Kirkton House Dark Grey 7kg Weighted Blanket. Ideal for lounging on the sofa or hitting the hay, this super soft cosy blanket will ensure you get the rest you deserve."
It is spot clean only and the dimensions are 150 x 200cm.
