Aldi launch two new pizza bases for just 85p each - perfect for the weekend

Looking for something tasty on a budget this weekend? Maybe a little fun for all the family? After all, you’ve probably exhausted all the recipe books you own, Google has to offer and eaten the tins you stockpiled months ago. Well Aldi has just launched some plain pizza bases and you won’t believe how much they cost.

With more meals being prepared and cooked at home, supermarket Aldi is lending a helping hand with its new Carlos Stonebaked Pizza Bases (85p), perfect for getting creative on pizza night.

Yes, for just 85p, the supermarket has launched two different types of pizza base that you can decorate with your own toppings and make dinner more fun for all the family.

Available in stores now, recreate the taste of Italy using the ready-made stonebaked bases available in 12” Plain or 12” Sourdough. Simply coat with a rich tomato base before layering a generous helping of mozzarella and your favourite toppings for a deliziosa ltalian pizza, ready for the oven. Why not try Aldi’s pepperoni available in mild or hot flavours (85p, 120g). Your Friday night dinner is guaranteed to be anything but basic.

Looking for something a little different? Waitrose have the Magioni Cauliflower Pizza Crust for £3.50 (360g). The cauliflower pizza base is 37% vegetable pizza crusts. Source of protein.
