Rutherglen and Cambuslang couples can get their hands on a love heart lorne sausage ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Supermarket giant Aldi have re-designed the traditional slice sausage in a bid to inspire couples for this Friday, February 14.
The well-known square shape has been transformed into a love heart shaped delicacy to add a sense of romance to breakfast.
They say that the way a person’s heart is through their stomach and for 99p the romantic breakfast from Ayrshire butcher We Hae Meat, a full breakfast, or a morning roll may well impress your other half on valentines.
The retailer announced that the ‘Love Heart Lorne’ is available in all 91 stores across Scotland, but shoppers at the Rutherglen and Cambuslang stores have to be quick as once they are gone, they are gone.
