Aldi has launched a free six-module wine course with renowned expert Nadia El Ferdaoussi set to head up the program.
Whether you're a vino buff or a novice, this course looks set to be of benefit to anyone who wants to give it a try.
The course - called Aldiploma - will teach participants the basics from how to taste to grape varieties, tasting notes and production methods.
Still, sparkling and fortified wines will be covered in the course as well as the best food pairings for a person's chosen tipple.
Speaking about the Aldiploma launch, Nadia said: "As a big fan of Aldi wines, I'm thrilled to be the face of the Aldiploma and really excited to be involved in the launch in Ireland.
"It's really important to me that wine is accessible, so sharing my knowledge through the Aldiploma to help Aldi's customers in the wine aisle is a pinch me moment!"
