Aldi issues recall on Muller yoghurts over fears they contain metal

Aldi has urgently recalled Muller yoghurts, over fears they could contain metal.

The Brooklea Light Strawberry Single Pots and the Light Fruit six-packs in raspberry and cranberry, and strawberry flavours, are all manufactured by Muller.

Writing on Facebook, the supermarket said: "Our supplier, Muller, has recalled these product as a precautionary measure because they may contain small pieces of metal.

"Customers should return the product to their nearest store where they will receive a full refund.

"We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation."

The barcode on the affected products in 4088600172521 and 4088600172194 .

Batches affected are those with best before dates of 20/02/20, 26/02/20 and 04/03/20.

Any customers who have purchased one of the affected products is advised to return it to store immediately for a full refund.
