With the Great British Bake Off set to return to screens on September 22nd, supermarket Aldi has decided to bring back its popular cake-scented candles - and a new scent is joining the lineup.
There will be four deliciously scented candles to choose from, perfect for anyone that wants to make their home smell like baking when the new Channel 4 series starts. Priced at only £2.79 each, the sweet-smelling products will be available in stores from Thursday September 24th.
Fans will be pleased to hear that a brand new Cherry Pie variant is set to join the collection of Jaffa Cake, Marshmallow Fluff Cake and Strawberry Pavlova scented candles which shoppers went wild for last year.
Chocolate orange has really been having a moment lately, so you can imagine our excitement when we realised Aldi's Jaffa Cake candle will be returning next week.
Aldi said: “The highly fragranced single-wick candles are bound to make a sweet addition to any mantlepiece, coffee table or bedside cabinet.
“Just like heading to your favourite bakery, choose from an assortment of indulgent fragrances including: Marshmallow Fluff Cake, Strawberry Pavlova, Jaffa Cake and brand new for 2020, Cherry Pie.”
The supermarket's 312g candles come encased in a glass jar with a polished metal lid - making them a lovely gift for the baker in your life, or those with a sweet tooth.
But you'll need to act fast, as the candles are Specialbuys and won't be restocked when they sell out.
Aldi's cake scented candle range will be available to shop in stores from Thursday, September 24th.
