Aldi has announced its taking on Area Managers in Wales as part of an annual hiring scheme - and the job comes with a seriously enviable pay and benefits package.
The discount supermarket chain is offering up a starting salary of £52,000 to qualified applicants as well as a fully expensed Audi A4 or BMW 3 series beginning on day one.
The Area Manager programme aims to hire recent graduates and career changers who want to fast-track to a manager level in just one year's time.
And over four years, the group says the salary could increase as high as £75,000 - with additional opportunities available for those looking to progress further.

According to the advert: "Some of our Area Managers take on specialist secondments, or even excel into a Director position.
"You might find yourself leading people in Logistics, managing business-changing projects alongside our Academy, or heading up a team in Head Office."
But, it won't be particularly easy to get the gig.
The company says it's looking for "strong-minded, determined people" and "charismatic leaders".
Additionally, you'll need these qualifications in order to apply:
- 96 UCAS points or 63 Scottish Highers (or the equivalent on the old tariff) from your top 3 A-Levels/Scottish Highers (or the equivalent from other relevant qualifications)
- 2:1 in any degree discipline
- UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- Management experience within a fast-paced and challenging environment

Applications are open for the role across the company's ten regions, including the 'Cardiff' region, which encompasses all of Wales.
