Aldi, Lidl, Home Bargains and B&M have all gone viral on social media after shoppers have managed to get their hands on luscious smelling perfumes that some swear are "identical to designer brands."

From Aldi Jo Malone dupes to Home Bargains Alien dupe, many budget retailers are giving us shoppers the opportunity to pick up premium smelling fragrances for much less.

Here are some of the budget perfumes that shoppers on social media are saying are designer dupes.

Home Bargains

Home Bargains popular Madonna range has been a hit with many shoppers who have said that the fragrances are similar to many designer brand counterparts.

Just recently they have gone viral on Tikok as one of their fragrances is similar to the iconic Alien by Thierry Mugler.

The 99p dupe fragrance is not only similar in scent, as the packaging and bottle also bear a striking resemblance to the iconic designer perfume.

Fans also think that Madonna's 'Daydream' smells exactly like Britney Spears 'Fantasy'.

Madonna's 'Goddess' is thought to smell like Paco Robanne's 'Olympa' and Blossom is thought to smell exactly like Marc Jacob's 'Daisy'.

Budget supermarket Lidl's own range of fragrance have also been a huge hit with shoppers looking for designer perfumes for less.

A few of their own-branded perfumes have been compared to the likes of Gucci and Chanel by shoppers who managed to get their hands on them.

Their most popular perfume is the £3.99 Suddenly Madam Glamour, thought to smell exactly like Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle which is priced at £60+.

Lidl's Essence Cotton Blue, priced at £4.99 is thought to mimic the £50 Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue.

Just recently, many shoppers said that the £4.99 Essence En Rose was similar to Gucci Rush or Lancome's La Vie Est Belle - priced at £55.
