Aldi has launched a new spirit that sounds bang on trend.

On sale at £9.99 a bottle, the Infusionist range offers a selection of different flavours to suit all tastes.
Other flavours in the Aldi range include the Infusionist Coconut & Vanilla Rum Liqueur, which offers creamy coconut flavours paired with aromatic vanilla.
The supermarket suggests customers enjoy the gentle warmth of the rum served neat over ice or, with a dash of prosecco for a Caribbean cocktail twist.

While the retailer's Infusionist Rhubarb, Pink Grapefruit & Black Pepper Gin Liqueur has sharp citrus notes and a hint of peppery spice.

Aldi is also selling a Gingerbread Flavour Gin Liqueur - a warm gingerbread gin with cinnamon, vanilla and orange - and a Passionfruit Gin Liqueur.
A spokesman for the supermarket said: "This Passionfruit Gin Liqueur is fruity, rich and wonderful as a summer cocktail.
"Perfect as a dessert drink."
