Aldi biscuits including cheese thins, ginger nuts and Oddbites are being recalled by the manufacturer after they were found to have been made in dirty factories.
In a notice posted on the Food Standard Agency website, Baketime said that various products sold by Aldi and other retailers might have been subject to pest contamination.
Customers are urged not to eat the products but to return them to stores for a full refund.
Aldi’s Cheese Bakes, Cheese Things, Oddbites and Ginger Nuts may be affected.
Bestway’s shortbread, brownies, cheese thins and chocolate chip cookies are included in the recall.
Customers are also urged to return Happy Shopper fudge brownies and chocolate chip cookies, and LBV potato bakes and biscotti.
The Food Standards Agency said that Baketime had provided stockists with a notice to be displayed at checkouts.
"All batches of the products listed below are being recalled as they may have been subject to pest contamination,” the FSA said.
On the notices, Baketime said: “If you have purchased any of these products, do not consume them. Please return affected products to store where purchased, where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required.”
