Ndombele, Vinicius, Lamela: Tottenham team news and injury updates ahead of Royal Antwerp clash

Tottenham Hotspur welcome Royal Antwerp to north London on Thursday as Jose Mourinho's side round off their Europa League group stage campaign.

It's second against first in the Group J clash on Thursday night with the winners knowing that they will finish top of the group.

Spurs head into the game off the back of their 2-0 success over Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday afternoon, and are unbeaten in their past eight matches - winning six - and their last defeat came against the Belgians in the reverse fixture at the end of October.

Mourinho will, therefore, be eyeing out some revenge as he seeks to instil a lethal streak in his side.

Tottenham don't have too many players out injured at the moment but here's the latest on who's currently sidelined.

Tanguy Ndombele

The French midfielder missed the Arsenal game with a minor injury.

Mourinho did hope to have him available for the match, saying: "We were positive, we were expecting until the last moment but this morning he decided that he was not ready."

It is hoped Ndombele will be back for the London derby at Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon at Selhurst Park.

He may not be risked against Antwerp.

Erik Lamela

The 28-year-old is still on the treatment table due to a foot problem.

The Argentine winger has played 10 times already this season for Spurs, featuring in all three of the competitions that Tottenham have competed in this term.

Lamela, who has scored two goals this term, is not expected to be back in contention for any of Spurs’ upcoming games over the next week.

Others

Harry Kane, Hugo Lloris, Sergio Reguilon and Carlos Vinicius all recovered from their recent injuries to take part in the win over Arsenal.
