Celtic are hopeful striker Albian Ajeti will recover from his hamstring injury in time for next week's Old Firm derby.
The Swiss striker has made an impressive start to life at Celtic, netting five times in the early part of the season.
However fans were left fearing the worst when he went down injured and had to be replaced during the victory against Hibs last month.
He missed the away match at St Johnstone on Sunday, but Neil Lennon says he's expected back in training either towards the end of this week, or at the start of next.
He said: "Albian is feeling good. I spoke to him Tuesday morning when he came in to do some running and I hope he’ll join us again for training at the end of this week or the start of next week.”
News that Ajeti is likely to be available for the Old Firm match will be a welcome boost to Celtic, particularly as Odsonne Edouard is set for a period of self-isolation after recording a positive COVID-19 test while on France U-21 duty.
