Manchester United have been issued a warning by Alberto Moreno about the challenge that will face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from the opposing dugout in Gdansk.
Chasing his first trophy since being appointed United manager on a permanent basis in March 2019, the Norwegian will lock horns with another familiar name to the Premier League tomorrow night (8pm).
Of course, Europa League final opponents Villarreal are managed by former Arsenal head coach Unai Emery.
With three consecutive Europa League trophies the result of a hugely-successful tenure at Sevilla, Emery boasts unrivalled pedigree in this competition.
The 49-year-old has even been labelled as a better coach than current Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.
Reflecting on his time at Anfield during an interview with The Guardian, Moreno said: "My relationship with Klopp was perfect and, with Unai, he's the best coach I've ever had.
"He knows how to squeeze the best out of you, what to say at any moment, how to get the group to go out and 'eat' the opposition."
Despite their respective struggles in the Premier League, Moreno and manager Emery have first-hand insight when it comes to facing United - while they of course ended Arsenal's charge for Europa League honours over two legs in the semi-finals.
Villarreal finished seventh in La Liga in their first season with Emery at the helm, while Moreno has only featured a handful of times having sustained a cruciate knee ligament injury last summer, coming off the bench in both games against the Gunners.
