Albert Adomah has fuelled rumours he is heading to QPR judging by the latest video posted on his Twitter feed.
The winger left the City Ground by mutual consent last week amid reports that Cardiff City were also keen to sign the wideman after his loan spell at the Bluebirds last season.
But Adomah has now sparked rumours that he is bound for QPR having posted a video of himself in a QPR shirt and showing off his ball juggling skills.
West London Sport reported last week that QPR were keen to add him to boost their attacking arsenal.
Adomah played a total of 27 times for Forest, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Cardiff City, making nine appearances for the Welsh club.
A transfer to QPR would mean a return to West London for the player, who started his career at Harrow Borough.
