Alan Shearer has asked Gary Lineker for Newcastle United's 4-2 win at Leicester City to be the first game on Saturday's Match of the Day.
The Magpies all but confirmed Premier League football for next season with a fantastic performance and result against the high-flying Foxes.
Joe Willock opened the scoring for Steve Bruce 's side on 22 minutes, before Paul Dummett doubled the visitors' advantage at the King Power Stadium.
A second-half brace from Callum Wilson saw Newcastle go 4-0 up, before a mini fightback from Leicester, with Marc Albrighton and Kelechi Iheanacho replying for the hosts.
Now, club legend Shearer has sent a tongue-in-cheek jibe to former Leicester striker Lineker on Twitter after the Newcastle victory.
The tweet read: "Are we all on @BBCMOTD tomorrow night @GaryLineker? This game should be on first I reckon. What you think @IanWright0 #LEINEW #ToonToon #steviebruceyyellowblackarmy".
Speaking after the game, the scorer of the second goal - Dummett - declared his side as safe after the huge three points.
"We stayed solid and hit them on the break quite a lot," the defender said.
"It is going to be tough for teams to catch us now.
"It is a massive step in the right direction."
The Welshman also had time to speak about Willock's influence since moving to St. James' Park from Arsenal on loan earlier this year.
He said: "Joe Willock has energy and always arrives in the box at the right time.
"He has given us a great lift."
Next up for the Magpies is a home match against champions elect Manchester City next Friday.
