When it comes to bullying defenders and finding the back of the net, there were none better than Alan Shearer.
So, Newcastle fans will love what the former number nine has had to say about Chris Wood ahead of his proposed move to St. James' Park.
The Clarets striker is expected in the North East for a medical and further talks ahead of a move from Burnley.

The New Zealand striker has scored double figures in every Premier League campaign he's been involved in with the Clarets - providing his best haul in 2019-20 with 14 goals.
Known for his physical stature and aerial prowess, Wood has built up quite the reputation at Turf Moor - and Big Al is a fan.
According to LancsLive, Shearer was full of praise for the target man, ahead of Burnley's game with Leicester back in October 2020, in which Wood scored.
"I like him, I like what he does for the team and he is the focal point for them. He is very good at occupying two centre halves," said Shearer.
"He is a get out for Burnley if they want because they are not afraid to knock it long.
"He can keep hold of it and bring other players into the game.
"He is horrible to play against and he won't give defenders a moment's peace."
