Alan Shearer has revealed he's been most impressed with Raphinha's work rate after the Leeds United winger starred in their 2-1 win over Sheffield United.
Goals from Jack Harrison and a Phil Jagielka own goal either side of Ben Osborn's equaliser secured a 13th Premier League win of the season for the Whites.
The derby victory completes a double for Marcelo Bielsa's side against the Blades, with Raphinha at his brilliant best as he set up Harrison for the opening goal with a mazy dribble.
It was the Brazilian's work ethic that caught the eye of Shearer though, who heaped praise on the 24-year-old.
“He’s very good on the ball, but what impresses me also is his work-rate, the ability for him to get back and help out, do his bit defensively," Shearer told Amazon Prime.
"He had a very, very good game today - as did Harrison on the other side.”
He added: They’ve (Leeds) been brilliant, they can be really proud of what they’ve achieved this season.
"They can relax, they can look forward to the next few games, until the end of the season and then again, they’ll go again next season. It has been refreshing, it has been exciting, they go forward, they defend very well and the energy with and without the ball is magnificent.
"I know they got knocked out of the cups early so they’ve just had the league to concentrate on which has perhaps helped them fitness-wise.”
Ally McCoist agreed on Raphinha, adding: “He’s a box of tricks. He’s one of these guys, he shows you the ball, you’ll think you’re going to get a touch and then, bang, he’s by you.
"There was a moment in the second half when it looked as if Osborn thought he was going to get the ball and he was away and he leaves you for dead - very, very quick feet.
"I thought in the wide areas - Harrison and Raphinha in particular - were outstanding for Leeds today.”
