Best-dressed stars at the Aladdin premiere, from Will Smith to Helen Mirren

On Monday, some of the biggest names in entertainment graced the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles for the premiere of Disney's Aladdin.

Genie himself, Will Smith, attended the star-studded event with the entire Smith clan - his wife, actor Jada Pinkett Smith, and his three children, Trey, Jaden and Willow Smith.

Also in attendance included Dame Helen Mirren, who made a powerful statement in a black pantsuit on the purple carpet.

Naomi Scott, who plays Jasmine in the film, stunned in a bubblegum-pink Brandon Maxwell gown, drawing parallels with the fuchsia gownLady Gaga wore at this year's Met Gala by the American fashion designer.
