Alabama DT Quinnen Williams to visit Raiders on Wednesday

With a little more than three weeks left to the NFL Draft, the Raiders are bringing in many of the top prospects in this class for a visit.

Earlier in the week, they met with Kyler Murray and Dwayne Haskins, and on Wednesday, the team is expected to host defensive tackle Quinnen Williams from Alabama.

As we stand now, Williams still appears to be the most likely pick for the Raiders at No.4. The 2018 All American finished third on Pro Football Focus’ big board, receiving the highest single-season grade they have ever given to a defensive tackle.

As a redshirt sophomore, Williams tallied 19.5 tackles for a loss and eight sacks as he dominated his competition in the SEC. Selecting Williams and pairing him with Maurice Hurst would give the Raiders one of the most talented interior defensive lines in the league.

Despite the Raiders need help on the edge, selecting Williams would be a home-run pick for first-year general manager Mike Mayock.
