Al-Qadi gives insight into negotiating Clarke-Harris' transfer with MacAnthony and Fry

Bristol Rovers owner Wael Al-Qadi has given an insight into the "dramatic" negotiations with Peterborough United over the sale of Jonson Clarke-Harris.

The striker left Rovers for Posh in September for a fee in the region of £1.2million after turning down the offer of a contract extension at the Mem.

Al-Qadi, Rovers' CEO Martyn Starnes and head of recruitment Tommy Widdrington negotiated the deal with Posh co-owner Darragh MacAnthony and director of football Barry Fry.
