Comedian and broadcaster Al Porter was spotted out in Dublin city for the first time since he had a sexual assault charge against him dropped.
The 26-year-old Tallaght man was snapped beside Brogan's pub near The Olympia Theatre just over a month after he released a statement confirming that the DPP had dropped the case.
The entertainer - who was charged under his real name Alan Kavanagh - had denied sexually assaulting a young man at a Dublin venue in 2016.
Al posed for a picture with Sinn Fein Councillor Dermot Richardson who posted it on Facebook saying: "Great night at the panto."
In a statement following the verdict in November, the comedian said: "The DPP has directed to drop their case against me.
"I would like to thank my family, friends and solicitors, Michael Staines and Aoife Corridan for their support.
"For two long and very anxious years I have co-operated fully and respected the legal process.
"I was in complete agreement waiving anonymity today, even before learning that the DPP had decided to withdraw the charges because I have always denied any wrongdoing in this case.
"I have no further comment at this time. Thank you."
