Al Pacino is set to pay $30,000 a month in child support after reaching a custody agreement with his girlfriend Noor Alfallah over their five-month-old son, according to reports.
The Godfather actor, 83, and film producer Alfallah, 29, welcomed baby Roman on June 6 after first being romantically linked in April 2022.
She sparked split reports after filing for full custody of Roman in September, but Pacino's representatives insist that "they are together".Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal the couple have now thrashed out an agreement.
According to the news outlet, Alfallah has obtained primary physical custody while Pacino has “reasonable visitation rights” to Roman.
The Hollywood star is also going to pay $110,000 up front in addition to the $30,000 a month in base child support.
In addition, he will put $15,000 per year in an education fund and could fork out an extra $90,000 at the end of each year depending on earnings.
Alfallah, who once dated Mick Jagger, 80, has also reportedly agreed to let the Pacino be involved in decisions such as their son’s schooling.
Pacino and Alfallah reportedly began dating last year.
The film star also has a 33-year-old daughter, Julie Marie, with acting coach Jan Tarrant and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with actress Beverly D'Angelo.
Alfallah works in the film industry and has produced movies such as the upcoming Billy Knight starring Pacino, Little Death and Brosa Nostra.
It comes after Pacino’s representatives said publicly that both he and Alfallah are still dating despite her applying for full custody of their son.
The move triggered talk that they had broken up but a spokesperson for the star said the couple were “still an item”.
