Ajax tell Chelsea fans what to expect from Hakim Ziyech after £33.4m transfer confirmed

Ajax have told Chelsea fans what to expect from Hakim Ziyech after he completes a move to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

The Dutch side confirmed on Thursday that an agreement has been reached to take the Morocco international to the Premier League in the summer, where he will be a Chelsea player from the start of July.

Ziyech will become Frank Lampard's first signing in West London, following on from last summer's transfer ban and a frustrating period in the January transfer window.

However, securing a €40m agreement for Ziyech, which could rise to €44m, is a major coup for the club - and Chelsea have been told what to expect from his arrival.

In a social media post, Ajax shared a video clip of highlights from Ziyech's time in Ajax along with the message: "Hey @ChelseaFC, you have to believe in his magic and great things will happen."

Ziyech has been in sensational form for the defending Eredivisie champions this season, hitting six goals and 12 assists in 18 league appearances, as well as scoring three times in the Champions League group stages.

Capped 32 times by Morocco, Ziyech won the double with Ajax last season and was a key-part of the side that stunned European football by reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League.
